Dear Mr. Larsen:
As a follow-up to my letter April 21 ' 1999 regarding the reference
project, it has come to my attention that most of the 10-foot
wall will be backfilled on the outside of the building to a depth
less than 8 feet. In this situation you may use a 6 1/4 inch
wall and you will be required to use a 7 7/8 inch wall only where
the backfill exceeds 8 feet. The steel size and configutation
will be the same for both cases.
