The Spokane County Division of Utilities WILL NOT REQUIRE a sewer abandonment permit and
inspection for the property located 3507 S. Ridgeview that is scheduled for demolition. The existing
sewer line that served the house that was destroyed by fire will not be impacted by the demolition and the
new home that will be built will connect to the existing sewer line.
