MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said lime was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

categorically exempt from environmental
review under the provisions of the State
Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) pursuant
to WAC 197-11-600 and SVMC Section
21.20.040.
Applicable Development Regulations:
SVMC Title 20 (Subdivisions), Table 19.60-
1, Section 19.70.010 and Section 22.130
(Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places), the
City of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Guidelines for Stormwater Management,
and. the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations'are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
Public Hearing: Pursuant 10 SVMG
17.80.060, the Planning Division shall
be the decision -maker on the proposal.
Therefore, the .proposal is not subject to a
future public hearing.
