The Conditional Use Permit for the Marquctto family to use a trailer as a permanent residence should not be renewed in oy opion. It is a matter of record that the Sheriffs office has been callod several times laL•e at night to ask l•hem to please keep down the noise. They seem to ignore Chese requests. The Marquette faoily were at one time housing 3 horses on their property. It took a neighborhood petition to have the horses removed. The personn who rent my house from me said that lhey have on many occasions had to chase the Marquette children from the garage. It seems they have no respect for other persons privacy or property. i have had several letters here in Alaska in which was mention of thc MarquetCa problem. In my recent visit to Spokane I had an opportunity to talk with many of thc neighbors regarding this. In my opinion the situtation is a bad one, pnd perhapa the only solution would ba to require a perment strueture on thc property. nFtcr having built a homc of thcir own thc Marquettc family may then understand thc pride thc rest of us have in our homes and neighborhood.
