• Prior to excavation, it is the Contractor responsibility to contact the purveyor � p y p rveyor of any transmission pipeline that is within 100
feet of permitted work, as per RCW 19.122.033.
• Forms for constructing approaches are to be inspected by the Development Engineering Inspector (John Johnson n 509-599
-6306) prior to placing concrete.
