Dear Mr. Ziegler:
On October 30, 1981, you applied for a permit to install replacement
of approximately 75 feet of drainfield to accommodate the addition of
a garage on your property. We subsequently issued the permit on the
same day. The permit was good for one (1) year and expired on
October 30, 1982.
A field visit by one of our inspectors has revealed the fact that the
garage has been constructed.
Please call this office at your earliest convenience to inform us about
the status of your sewage disposal system replacement.
