Please give the appropnate accepted Swale Lot Plans to the applicant applymg for a buildmg permit on
the lot, so they can draw their house and approach to scale on the lot. We will need this accepted
Swale Lot Plans, and the corresponding $1,000.00 cash surety, in the form of cash, surety bond, postal
money order, cashier's check, certified check, letter of credrt, or savings assignment, before we can
issue the approach permit. Also attached are the letter of credit and savings assignment forms.
