Subject: 1216 S. Skyline Place, Final Inspection
Stormwater Management would like the Buildings Dept. to please put a hold on a final inspection
of 1216 S. Skyline Place (Mr. Dawson). There were special stormwater requirements put on this
property, specifically Mr. Dawson is supposed to build to swales on this lot. The swales should be
on the north side of the house and each have 62.5 square feet.
These swales have not been constructed as of October 4, 1995 when I made a site visit to this
