1. Reimburse Spakane County for project review and inspectian fees as specified in Chapter 9.14 of
the Spokane County Code. The fees will be based on actual salary costs incurred by Spok.an,e
County for project reviews and 1 or inspectiojis plus a ten percent administrative charge, and wi11
be billed monthly as accrued. Any billing anaounts due, including any expenses incuxred xn the
collection of an overdue account, must be paid priox to the County's acceptance of the project for
filing. If a project is approved. and/or fled with a balance still, owing, the unpaid balance shall be
paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
2. The undersigned agrees that these fees are due and nayable upan receipt of the billang as specified
abave.
3. Any invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice datc will be considereci delinquent. If any
outsCanding balance an the account for this pxoject is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date,
no further reviews of the praject documents will be conducCed until the entire accaunt balance is
paid. Any balance on the account for this project not paid within 65 days of the invoice date Znay
result in legal action or the initiation of other collection pracedures, including refer.r.al to a
collection agency. The Sponsor will be liable for any and all expenses incurred by the County for
the collection of overdue accounts.
