The Public Works Department received your January 25, 2005 1St Plan Submittal for
review. The following items shall be addressed prior to plan acceptance.
1. Per Condition #6 of the rezone (REZ-22-03), a crash gate may be required to
prevent traffic from this plat to access Sargent Road. The City is coordinating
with Fire District #1 on this issue.
2. Fire District approval is required for the proposed turn -around.
3. A "No Outlet" sign is required at the intersection of Bessie Road and Nora
Avenue.
4. Private street name signs are required at the beginning of Bessie Lane.
5. A pavement design report is required for the proposed improvements.
6. Please include the City standard construction notes per the Spokane County
Standards.
7. It is suggested to include the private driveway in the swale treatment if it is
proposed to be a paved driveway.
8. Please address the street design for the Public portion of Bessie Road. This shall
include a cross-section of the improvements indicating the cross -slope and
pavement section.
