MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County. Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

Sullivan Road. The new 10 --inch diameter
gravity sewer line will be approximately
2 miles long and buried torn 4 to 25 teat
dee(. The sewer line location meanders
into shoreline jurisdiction beginning ap-
proximately 1,000 feet east of the Sullivan
Road and Flora Pit Road intersection lorap-
proximateN 1,500 feet, and again beginning
approximately 1,900 feet west of the Flora
Pit Road and N. Flora Pit Road intersection
for
1200 feet. The Shoreline
Permits pertains yonly to the 0000005 of the
project within shoreline jurisdiction.

8, 2016, which is within thirty (30) calem
dar days of the dale of Ma notice will be
considered prior to making a decision on
this project. Any person has the right to
comment this project and receive notice

plrre< if scheduled. Further, any person
may request a copy of the decision for the
proposal once made. Pursuant to Chapter
17.90 (Appeals) of the City of Spokane
Valley Municipal Code, a written appeal of
the decision Shall be filed with the City of
Spokane Valley Community Development
Department within fourteen (14) calendar
days atter the date the notice aline decision
mailed. Standing to appeal a decision
shall be determined in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 17.90.030 (Standing)
of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code.
Location of Proposal: The project begins
in East Euelid Avenue and continues south
through en eesementandcrossesttle Union
Pacific Railroad right-of-way. It Will continue
west to N Flom Road and then continue
south. At the south end of N Flora Rd,
the project w111 follow Flom PO 0o6d to the
west, but will be realigned south of a home
used by the Central Premix Caretaker.
The project will reconnect with Flora Pit
Road staying south of the gravel pit where
it will continue west an Flora Pe Road to its
connection in Sullivan Road. It is fu0her
located in the southwest. southeast, and
northeast quarters of Section 12. Township
25 North, Range 44 East Willamette Merid-
ian, Spokane County Washington, and the
northeast quarter of section 7, Township
25, Range 45, East Willamette Meridian,
Spokane County Washington.
