Allan Jackson I visited this site on 4/28/06 and found the following items of concern: 1. The swales along Wilbur Court and 7th in front of the residence located on the S/E comer are not complete and the fabric is still in place on the drywells. 2. The swale located west of Wilbur Ct, along 8t' Ave., has not been completed and contains debri. 3. The drywell located in front of 704 S. Wilbur Ct. appears to still have fabric under the grate. This project was constructed between December 2002 and June 2003 by Eller Corporation. The file contains a Savings Assignment for Construction Performance in the amount of $149,800.00, issued by Sterling Savings Bank, No. 39990383713. There is a letter from John Holunan, releasing this bond after it was replaced with a warranty bond. This letter is dated 10/8/03.
