Attached are the individual lot plans for each lot containing a swale in SPRINGFIELD ADD AT AUTUM
CREST, plat # PE-1570D. Please give the appropriate lot plan to the individual applying for a building
permit on the lot, so they can draw their house and approach to scale on the lot. We will need this plan, and
the corresponding $1,000.00 cash surety, in the form of cash, letter of credit, or savings assignment, before we
can issue the approach permit. Also attached are the letter of credit and savings assignment forms.
