SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 25 N, Range 44 EWM, Spokane County, Washington;
addressed as E 7708 South Riverway. .
PROPOSAL : Applicant requests a new residence be located 40.25 feet from South
Riverway's right of way centerline (front yard) and 32.25 feet from Center Road's right
of way centerline (flanking street yard) whereas, sections 4.05.110 a. 1. and 3. of the
Spokane County Zoning Ordinance require respectively a minimum 55 foot setback and
45 foot setback from the centerline of these roadway right of ways.
