To Whom it May Concern,
The final plat of Shelley Acres Addition (lots 1-8, block I and lots 1-5, block 2) lies wholly
outside of the 100-year floodplain. The base flood elevation used for the plat is elevation 2027
NGVD'29. Landmark Surveyors has surveyed the lowest point in the plat to be at 2032.39
Spokane County Datum (NW corner of lot 5, block 2). Spokane County Datum is based on
NGVD'29, thus the datum are comparable.
