As- builts shall be submitted by email (to swallace@spokanevalley.org), by Fax (509-921-1008) or by dropping off at the Permit Center. * * All pavement cuts within the City of Spokane Valley right-of-way shall comply with the current adopted Inland Northwest Regional Pavement Cut Policy, or as amended. * All pavement repairs shall be inspected by the City's ROW inspector, Scott Wallace (mobile: 509-869-5373). The Contractor shall notify Mr. Wallace a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the paving. * For work blocking less than 50% of a local access street the contractor, at a minimum, is required to have Construction Ahead signs placed ahead of the work zone. Note — if it turns out that the work blocks more than 50% of a local access street then this permit is not valid and the contractor must submit a traffic control plan to the City for review/acceptance prior to continuance of the work.
