One of the sewer lines will go across a parcel that is within a floodplain area. This sewer line will be installed in the area of Sundown Dr. near Forest Meadow Dr. Please see the attached map. After the sewer line is installed, the ground will be returned to the original elevation. No fill or structures will be placed within the floodplain. Attached is a Spokane Valley Floodplain Development Application with three plan sheets showing the area of work that will be in the floodplain. Thank you for your review of this application.
