Three (3) to -scale (minimum scale is 1 inch = 20 feet) site plans showing the nature, location, dimensions
and elevation of the property and identifying the portion of the property located within the designated
floodplain, existing or proposed structures, location of proposed fill, location of storage of materials, and
the location of drainage facilities.

Spokane County is in the process of preparing plans for installing sewer facilities for the
West Ponderosa area. One of the sewer lines will go across a parcel that is within a
floodplain area. This sewer line will be installed in the area of Sundown Dr. near Forest
Meadow Dr. Please see the attached map.
After the sewer line is installed, the ground will be returned to the original elevation. No
fill or structures will be placed within the floodplain. Attached is a Spokane Valley
Floodplain Development Application with three plan sheets showing the area of work
that will be in the floodplain.
