Street and Drainage Plan Acceptance
Development Engineering has reviewed your submittal of Civil Plans and Drainage
Report for the above-mentioned project, which Development Engineering received on
date. The collective application package, as submitted, was determined to be consistent
with pertinent development regulations and thus has been accepted.
Prior to Development Engineering signoff on the grading permit, the following items
shall be addressed:
1. The project engineer must submit Mylars for signature.
2. The project engineer must make 2 copies of the signed Mylar. The original Mylar
and the 2 copies must be returned to Development Engineering.
3. A pre -construction conference is not required.
Next steps:
4. Contact the Planning Department (Micki Harnois/688-0048) for additional
conditions that may exist.
5. Contact the Building Department (Mike Turbak, 688-0035) for other requirements
and needed permits (e.g. right-of-way obstruction permit).
