existing approach.
2. No more than 50 percent of the street frontage is permitted to be in
approach (existing lot is approximately 110 feet wide; maximum area
allowed in approaches is 55 feet).
3. Saw cutting of existing curb to create an approach is not allowed within
the City's jurisdiction.
4. Approach is to be inspected by the City's ROW Inspector prior to
concrete placement.
