LEGAL NOTICE MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. Sprague Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (509)921-1000 NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY SPOKANE VALLEY CRY COUNCIL The following is the title and Summary of Ordinance No. 16-006 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council on the 10th day of May, 2016: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AS DESCRIBED IN CPA 2016.0001; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. Section 1 defines that the purpose of this. ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan as described in CPA -2016-0001. Section 2 sets oUt and approves specific findings. Section 3 references Attachment A which depicts the properties subject to this Ordinance. Section 4 amends the Comp Plan as described and in fhe attached map. Section 5 states that the comp plan is maintained in the Office of the City Clerk. Section 6 addresses liability; Section 7 ad- dresses severability; and Section 8 states that the ordinance shall be effective five days after publication.
