n S. 322 Universi . Originally when we applied for our remodeling permit
we ould be able to work on our home throughout the winter.
Unfortunately, Ice Storm 96 hit Spokane with a bang, followed by our
horrible winter, and we were forced to suspend all remodeling efforts on our
home.
However, it is our intention to begin again remodeling our home on

Inactive Permit - # 96-010478 REMODEL INTERIOR OF RESIDENCE
Our records show that the above permit for work located at 322 N UNIVERSITY RD, SPOKANE,
WA 99206 has had no called inspection or other reported activity over the last 150 days.
Permits become void if the work authorized is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days. In
addition, the Uniform Codes require that there be a final inspection and approval on all permitted
work prior to occupancy or use. If the work authorized has not been suspended and/or abandoned,
please telephone the Division of Building & Planning at (509) 456-3675 before June 1, 1997 to
schedule an inspection -- our inspection request line is available 24 -hours a day. Failure to do so may
result in payment of additional fees to reinstate the permit.
A recheck of our files will be conducted on the date indicated above. If our office is not contacted
prior to this time and we are unable to verify the status of the work, your permit will be considered
void. Should the continuation or completion of work be verified then further compliance action may
be necessary.
