Install a cut -in box by the kitchen door and install a single -pole switch to operate a porcelain fixture in a 4/0 cut -in box to be located on the same wall but on the exterior. 1604 Remove the two existing florescent fixtures and install 2- four tube, four foot fixtures; (troffers); into the existing suspended ceiling. Install earthquake clips. Install new ungrounded receptacles in the kitchen area to replace the existing outlets. Remove the divider between the windows. 0803 Remove the old glazing on the fixed window and reglaze this window. 0804 Remove the front swing window and replace with a vinyl wrapped picture window. 1600 ELECTRICAL: 1601 Install duplex receptacles as per Washington State Electrical Codes. Install the ceiling fan from the bedroom in the dining room and install a new globe. 1602 Check the porch light and switch for proper operation. 1800 PAINTING: 1801 Remove all loose materials by the existing arch between the living and dining rooms. Drape so that the insulation is extended three feet into the basement. 0702 Install R-19 rim and end above the basement door. 0703 Install ground cover to all soil areas in the basement. 0704 Wrap the hot and cold lines 5' with rigid pipe insulation. 0800 DOORS AND WINDOWS: 0801 Remove the existing basement door and replace with a metal insulated door with a lockset and deadbolt. Remove the existing lid to this door from the job -site. 0802 Replace the window and sill plate by the gas meter. Frame in pressure treated lumber and install a vinyl wrapped awning window. AREA #8 EXTERIOR: 0400 MASONRY: 0401 Mortar in the opening in the foundation on the southeast corner. 0600 CARPENTRY: 0601 Remove and dispose of all existing soffit materials 0602 Box in the soffits and install continuous soffit venting on both sides. 0700 THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION: 0701 Baffle around the existing attic insulation to allow the soffit to properly vent. 0702 Enlarge the wood under the existing roof cans. 0703 Insulate the walls to include the kitchen and laundry room exterior walls. 0704 Install one-piece gutter to the east and west sides of the home to include down- spouts. Install a ten -foot length above the back porch with a downspout. 0800 DOORS AND WINDOWS: 0801 Move the kitchen door that had been removed to the back porch. 0802 Replace the broken panes of glass on the existing windows. 0803 In the storage area behind the southwest bedroom board the open window and replace the broken panes of glass in the window which is now boarded. Flush the plywood to the exterior and remove the three windows. 1600 ELECTRICAL: 1601 Remove the old light fixture on the east side of the home.
