To comply with the County Small Animal Control Reg' s that no more than 4 Licensed Dogs and 4 Licensed Cats be allowed. (8) we are requesting a Permit that would allow us to have -10 Persian Cats in Home. We raise and show persian cats as hobbyist- not a commercial endeavor. +e do not sell breeders within Spokane County. Therefore not contributing to an overpopulation of cats. Most pets are given away or sold for a minimal fee with a Spay and neuter agreement, with a $500.00 penalty. s+e have never had to enforce the penalty. Most of our show cats are shippsd out of State and out of the Country. (Sweeden, Canada and Japan) Additional information as to what we do to avoid any rnviromental impact. We flush the solid waste and the used clay is put in the Horse Arena to be Mixed with the sand and shavings.
