Dear Judy,
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City of Spokane Valley has
determined that the activity at your address, RAPPCO, INC/Dave's Automotive is
indeed a non -conforming use.
Although the former zoning code of Spokane County is not specific as to this use, the
documentation you have provided satisfies this question. We thank you for your efforts
in this matter. •
Spokane Valley Municipal Code Title 5.05 requires every person engaged in business or
continuing business during the calendar year, to annually register with the City. City
business registration is provided through the State Business Licensing Service. You may
license and register your business online, or at City Hall.
Please keep a copy of this letter for your records. Copies will also be kept in your
building file and in the database system called PLUS, project number 11002067.
In the future, if conditions at this address change, specifically the ownership or
change in business activity, a Home Occupation permit must be applied for.
