Dear Mr. Thompson and Ms. Oglesbee: Thank you for your submittal on September 14, 2006 for an administrative exception to reduce the side setback of a proposed detached structure by one (1) foot. I find the proposed reduction in setback on the east property line does not adversely affect adjacent properties nor the public's general health, safety and welfare. Approval is GRANTED for the administrative exception (File No. ADE -16-06) pursuant to all applicable development standards and regulations are followed and the below noted conditions. 1. Building permits must be applied for and granted to build proposed detached structure as proposed on site plan. Approval of this administrative exception does not grant approval to build proposed detached structure. 2. A copy of the approved administrative exception application (ADE -166-06) must be submitted with a building permit application for the detached structure.
