Suite 106, Spokane Valley, Washington,
99206, and received not later than June
24th, 2016 at 10:06 AM PDT. Bid open-
ings will be held immediately thereafter and
read aloud in the City Council Chambers,
Suite 101.
The City of Spokane Valley reserves the
right to waive any irregularities or Infor-
malities and to reject any or all bids. No
bidder may withdraw his bid after the time
announcedforthe bid opening, or before the
award and execution of the contract, unless
the award Is delayed fora period exceeding
sudy (60) days.
The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance
