The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 16-006 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 10th day of May, 2016:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AS DESCRIBED IN CPA
2016-0001;AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 defines that the purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan as described in
CPA-2016-0001. Section 2 sets out and approves specific findings. Section 3 references Attachment A
which depicts the properties subject to this Ordinance. Section 4 amends the Comp Plan as described and
in the attached map. Section 5 states that the comp plan is maintained in the Office of the City Clerk.Section
6 addresses liability; Section 7 addresses severability; and Section 8 states that the ordinance shall be
effective five days after publication.
