The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 16-007 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 10111 day of May,2016:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL CITY ZONING MAP AS DESCRIBED IN CPA-2016-0001; AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 declares that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official City Zoning Map as described
in CPA-2016-0001. Section 2 sets out and approves specific findings. Section 3 references Attachment A
which depicts the properties subject to this Ordinance. Section 4 amends the Official City Zoning Map as
described therein,and in Attachment A map. Section 5 speaks to the adoption of other laws. Section 6 states
that copies will be maintained in the office of the City Clerk. Section 7 addresses liability; Section 8
addresses severability; and Section 9 provides for an effective date.
