I am enclosing a sepia print of your approved road and drainage plans for this project: the originals are on fle at the Public Works Department. The approved drainage report is also on file at the Public Works Department. In accordance with Section 5.02.D of the Standards, this acceptance is valid until Juae 24, 1999. If the facilities are not constructed, you may request an extension of the acceptance for and additional two years; the plans shall be revised prior to granting the extension. Please note: 1.
