IN THE MATTER OF MIRABEAU PARKWAY, ROAD FILE NO. 2666, KNOW ALL
MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Grantor, Inland Empire Paper, of the County of
Spokane, State of Washington, for and in consideration of Mutual Benefits, grants to Spokane
County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, a Temporary Right of Way Easement
over, under, upon and across the hereinafter described lands situated in the County of Spokane,
State of Washington:
PORTION OF ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 45105.9072
That portion of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/,) of Section 10, Township 25 North,
Range 44 East, W.M., being a road of various widths, lying on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the North Quarter comer of said Section 10; thence North 27.00
feet; thence N.87'48'30 "E., a distance of 335.26 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the right, concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 700.00 feet; thence
along said curve through a central angle of 73'35'27 ", an arc distance of 899.08
feet; thence S.18' 36'03 "E., a distance of 463.38 feet to the beginning of a curve
to the left, concave to the East, having a radius of 700.00 feet; thence along said
curve, through a central angle of 08'09'10 ", an arc distance of 99.61 feet; thence
S.26 '45'13"E., a distance of 255.31 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right,
concave to the West, having a radius of 700.00 feet; thence along said curve,
through a central angle of 20'29'02 ", an arc distance of 250.26 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence along said 700 foot radius curve through a central
angle of 34 035'33 ", an arc distance of 422.63 feet; thence S.28 °19'21 "W., a
distance of 327.97 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left, concave to the East
having a radius of 700.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of
30 °50'43 ", an arc distance of 376.85 feet; thence S.02 031'22 "E., a distance of
110.63 feet to the South line of said Northeast Quarter (NE '/.) of Section 10 and
the terminus of this centerline description.r,,�
Said road shall be 27.00 feet wide on each side of the above described centerline
from Engineer's Station 33 +94.64 to Engineer's Station 21 +56.57.

PARKWAY, Sheets 2, 3 and 4 attached and made a part of this document.
Located in the East Half (E %:) of Section 10, both in Township 25 North, Range
44 East, W.M., Spokane County, Washington.
This Easement grants to Spokane County and its authorized agents and/or assigns the rights of
ingress and egress to, over and from said Easement for the construction, installation, operations,
maintenance and repair of public utilities, signs and road maintenance installed or in the future
installed in the Easement area and to the Public of Spokane County.
The Easement described hereinabove is to and shall run with the land. No modification of the
boundaries of said Easement can be made without the prior approval of Spokane County.
This Easement shall terminate at such a time that Mirabeau Parkway is extended to Indiana
Avenue and the access road to the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE' /.) in
constructed.
