Mayor Higgins called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Deputy City Clerk Koudelka called the roll; all Councilmembers were present except
Councilmember Wood. It was moved by Deputy Mayor Woodard, seconded and unanimously agreed to
excuse Councilmember Wood until he arrives to the meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: It was moved by Deputy Mayor Woodard, seconded and unanimously agreed
to adjourn into executive session for approximately one hour, thirty minutes to discuss the consideration of
acquisition of real property [RCW 42.30110(1)(b)J, pending litigation and potential litigation [RCW
42.30110(1)(i)]; and that no action will be taken upon return to open session. Council adjourned into
executive session at 4:33 p.m. At 4:34 p.m. Councilmember Wood arrived at the meeting. At 5:48 p.m.,
Mayor Higgins declared Council out of executive session, at which time it was moved by Deputy Mayor
Woodard, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn.
