CUE-58-79, TEMPORARY PERMIT
ZON I NG ADJUSTOR DEC I SION : After public testimony and review, the decision
of the Zoning Adjustor is to approve the applicant's request for a temporary permit.
A. FINDINGS: Pursuant to Section 4.25.030 of the Spokane County Zoning
Ordinance, the Zoning Adjustor has the responsibility of determining that the
granting of this application will not be detrimental to the surrounding
properties. In assuring compatibiiity, the Zoning Adjustor based his decision
on the testimony presented at the above noted Zoning Adjustor Hearing as well
as criteria set forth in the Spokane Cbunty Zoning Ordinance for review of this
application. The Zoning Adjustor hereby finds the following:
1. The described property meets the requirements as set forth in the Spokane
County Zoning Ordinance, for a Conditional Use Permit.
2. This action is consistent with the zone change application ZE-27-79
approved June 21, 1979.
3. The applicant has submitted to the staff a signed Waiver of tdotification
affidavit containing signatures of all property owners within 300 feet of the
subject property.
B. ORDER :
Applicant's request is hereby approved and with the following stipulations;
1. This approval is granted for six (6) months, at which time the permit will
be reviewed administratively to extEnd the time period granted with this
permit.
2. The applicant shall maintain his site design in substantial conformance with
the "plot plan" on file with this application, and in any case, shall observe
all setback requirements as prescribed by the Spokane County Zoning
Ordinance.
3. The mobile home shall be removed within 30 days after office completion.
