MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News
Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to, published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of
publication of said newspaper, which said newspaper had been approved as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior Court of
the State of Washington in and for Spokane County. That the following is a true copy of a Legal Notice as it was published in
regular issues commencing on the 24th day of June, 2016, and ending on the 1st day of July, 2016, all dates inclusive, and that

200 feet west of the intersection of Maurer
Rd and 10th Ave; further located in the SE
k of Section 22. Township 25 North, Range
44 East, Willamette Meridian, Spokane Val-
ley, Washington.
Approval Criteria: Spokane Valley Mu-
nicipal Code (SVMC) 19.40.010 (Residential
Zones) and Title 21 (Environmental Con-
trols), the City of Spokane Valley Street
Standards; the Spokane Regional Storm -
water Manual; and the Spokane Regional
Health District regulations
Hearing Process and Appeals: The Hear-
ing Examiner will conduct the hearing pur-
suant to the rules of procedure adopted in
SVMC Title 18 (Boards and Authorities). All
interested persons may testify at the public
hearing and may submit written comments
and documents before or at the hearing.
Any appeal of the Hearing Examiner's deci-
sion will be based on the record established
before the Hearing Examiner, pursuant to
SVMC 17.90 (Appeals). All hearings will be
conducted in facilities that areaccessble to
persons with physical disabilities.
Environmental Determination: A Determi-
nation of Non Significance was made using
the optional DNS process pursuant to WAC
197-11-355. There is no further comment on
the environmental determination.
Staff Report and Inspection of File: A
staff report will be available for inspection
seven (7) calendar days before the hearing.
The staff report and application file may be
inspected at the Community and Economic
Development Department, located at the
City of Spokane Valley City Hall, 11707 E
Sprague Ave, Ste 106, between 8:00 am
and 5:00 pm, Monday -Friday, excluding
holidays. Copies of documents will be made
available ata reasonable cost. If you have
