TO COMMENT ON THE ENVIRONMEN-
TAL IMPACTS OF THE PROPOSED
PROJECT.

SVMC Chapter 19.40 (Residential Zones),
Section 19.150 (Conditional Use Permits)
and Section 22.130 (Streets. Sidewalks
and Public Places), the City of Spokane
Valley Street Standards, the Guidelines for
Stonnwater Management, and the Spokane
Regional Health District regulations are the
primary development regulations applicable
to the site.
Public Hearing: The conditional use permit
request is subject to a public hearing. Sepa-
