RE: Notice of unsatisfactory Condition - Chrysler air temp
forced air furnace combustion control valve failed; must replace
valve; shut off at house line valve and control valve. National
hot water heater pilot safety starting to fail; must replace
valve or water heater.
Dear Mr. Gerald R. Tyson:
Our office has been informed that an unsatisfactory condition may
exist with regards to the furnace located at the above-referenced
address. This notice is to inform you that should you install
new equipment, a permit will be required to be obtained.
Should you have any questions, please contact this office between
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. , weekdays.
