The City wSpokane Valley seeks a
qualified consultant team to
provide final plans, specifications
and estimates for the Barker
xoamumromoe Separation
Project. This project will construct I
a grade -separated intersection
with Barker Road being elevated
above the BNSF Railroad tracks
and Trent Avenue (SR 290). The
final design will be based on the
2004 preliminary 30% design
plans that were a part of the
rarger Bridging the Valley Project.
