SVMCTSIe 20 (Subdivisions), Section 19.40
(Residential Zones) and Section 22.130
(Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places), the
City of Spokane Valley Street Standards, the
Guidelines for Storrnwater Management,
and the Spokane Regional Health District
regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the see.
Public Hearing: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.050 the Planning Division shall be
the decision -maker on a proposal to sub-
divide property into nine (9) or fewer lots.
Therefore, the proposal Is not subject to a
future public hearing.
