AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT JUSTIFYING THE ADOPTION OF A SIX MONTH RENEWAL OF
THE MORATORIUM ON MINING AND MINERAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURING ORIGINALLY
ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 15-013 AND RENEWED WITH
MODIFICATIONS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 16-003,AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
Section 1 adopts specific Findings of Fact as noted within the ordinance; Section 2 addresses ratification;
Section 3 concerns severability;and Section 4 states the effective date of the ordinance.
