Location of -Proposal: The project site is tax parcel 45134.1557, addressed as 16511 E Sprague Avenue, further located on the north side 01 Sprague Avenue approxi- mately 200 meters east oithe intersection of Sprague Avenue and Conklin Road. Determination: Pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC) Title 21 (Environmental Controls), the lead agency has determined this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist, the application, SVMC Titles 19, 21 and 22, site assessment, and comments from the public and affected agencies. This information is available to the public on re- quest. Pursuant to SVMC 21.20.070(B)(1) the City of Spokane Valley will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance.
