Development Engineering has reviewed your plan submittal in response to Mr. Jones request
to fill the drainage channel located on Lots 2 and 3 of SEEP-11-04, which Development
Engineering received on June 20, 2007. The collective application package, as submitted,
was determined to be consistent with pertinent development regulations and thus has been
accepted
Prior to Development Engineering signoff on the grading permit, the following items
shall be addressed:
1. Submit two copies of the revised engineering plans.
2. Submit a full set of lot plans for lots with drainage easements.
3. A pre-construction conference is required. Please contact Rod Pegram the
Development Engineering Inspector at 688-0025 to schedule this meeting. Attendees
should include project engineer and the construction inspector who will be certifying
the project.
Next steps:
4. Contact the Planning Department for additional conditions that may exist.
5. Contact the Building Department(Mike Turbak, 688-0035) for other requirements
and needed permits.
For final acceptance of the project:
6. Construction of all improvements must be completed and a letter,prepared by the
Professional Engineer who prepared the civil site and drainage plans, is required for
all improvements stating that they inspected the improvements and that the
improvements were constructed according to the project's plans and specifications.
The improvements will then be inspected and approved prior to signoff from
Development Engineering.
