Mr.Nees:
I have read your letter and the accompanying deed dating to 1971. It appears to dedicate
60 feet of right-of-way for road purposes, and I see nothing in the deed that changes that.
As such, if your client desires to use the property, she will need to pursue a street
vacation via Spokane Valley Municipal Code 10.05.220, et seq.
