ZONING ADJUSTOR DECISION: To approve, fer the following reasons ead eubjec;.. to
the following conditions:
A. REASONS:
1. The applicant was able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the. Zoning
Adjustor the need for a mobile home as residence for a caretaker of the
property for security purposes .
2. The proposed mobile home is for a 5 year period of time and shstll not be
construed as a permanent resdence.
B. CONDITIONS:
1. The trailer shall be located on the' subject property in substantial conformance
with the "approve& plot plan on file with this application, and in any case,
shall observe the yard (setback.) requirements for a single family dwelling as
prescribed in Section 4.05.110 (a) of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
2. This approval is granted to August 1, 1982, at which time any permit issued
pursuant to this approval shall become null and void.
3. The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material.
4. The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation hi such a manner
• as to constitute a permanent residence.
5 .71.te The trailer shall not he attached to other residential or accessory structure.s.
Meal canopies, tip outs and awnings may be attached to the trailer; however,
all wooden structures and accessory buildings, except open porches, must be
detached and placed at least three (3) feet from the trailer.
6. The trailer shall have an ownership title and be listed as personal property
with the County Assessor.
