My mother, Mrs. Dorothy Jenkins, attended your Monday, June 6, 1977
hearing in regard to this germit.
She was told at that time that there had been no complaint9, in writing or
by telephone. Mt.Hor.obowski told her he was not faa+iliar with the area at
16902 E. Vallayyvay and would like to come out and look at the propertv
before he made a decisfan. He - said that he would be out somwtime_ thwt wse3c.
By Jure 17, after sitting to,pae snd waiti.n_q for Mr. Horobowski 9 working days,
Mrs. Jenkins cal3.ed and Mr. Horobowski said he would be out fhe fo13owi,ng
Tuesday or Wednesday, which %%mld be June 21sfi or 22nd. Aqain, he did not
come out. On Friday, June 24th, he told #Irs. JeMkins that t2te pexmit was
denied because her health seEmed fine and it appeared she was aapable of takinq
care of herself.
What I would like to know at this pni_nt is; mhy were thg stories chztriged?
Originally, Mr. Iiorobowski was not familiar with the area and then hs denfed
the permit because she is capable of takir:g care oF herselt and appoared to
be in good health. Alao, 3 would like ta know i£ Px. Foxabowski r;as been to
medical school so that he is ra.pable of dECid9.nq who i.s in good tiealth, and

Civfl Service in SeptembEr 1976, with tull disabil3ty because of her Parkinson's
