PERMIT EXPIRATION & EXTENSION
Building permits shall automatically expire and become invalid by limitation of time three (3) ycan f rout the date of per issuance. Other permits not
sued in conjunction with the constaction or completion of a building orstructure shall automatically expireand become invalid by limitation of time
IR months from the date of permit issuance- The Director is authorized within his/her diversion nm gram one (D extension of time, far a period not to
exceed 190 days. A request for an extension shall he made by the permit holder in writing and shall be submitted to and received by the Spokane County
Building and Planning Department prior to the expiration dole of the permit and shall demonstrate just cause for the requested extension.
REFUNDS
I he building official may authorize refunding: (D Any fee paid which was erroneously paid or c011ected or, (2) Not more than Roy of a permit fee
