2. MernbershID. Every person or entity who is a recard
ownez of a fee or undivided fee interest in any lot which is
subject by cavenants af record ta assessment b}r the Assocaation
shall be a member of the Assflciation. The forec3oing is nat
intended ta include pexsons or erntzta.es who hold an interest
merely as secura.ty for the performance af any ❑bla.gatzon.
Mernbership shall be appurtenant to and may nat be separated fram
