S22 The dedicatory language of the plat will state the sponsor will assume no responsibility for provision of domestic water. S23 That conditfonal approval be given subject to provisions in the plat for a public sewer system. A suitable guarantee will be required to cover the cost of provfding said system in the amount as determined by the Public Wocks Department.
