By accepting thfs plat or subsequently by allowing a building permit to be issued on pnperty on a private road, Spokane County as sumes no obligation for said private road and the owners hereby acknowledge that the County has no obligation of any kind or nature whatsoever to establish, examine, survey, construct, alter, repair, improve, maintain, provide dr3inage or snow removal on a private road. This requirement is and shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the owner, their heirs, successors or assiqns including the obligation to participate in the maintenance of the priva te road as provided herein. S21 That each loe be authorized for the use of individual on-site sewage disposal systems. S22 The dedicatocy language of the plat will state the sponsor will assume no responsibility for provision of domestic water. S23 That conditional approval be given subiect to provisions in the plat for a public sewer system. Approval of the design of said systems must be given by County and State Health authorities and the County Utilities Dapartment prior to filfng of the final plat. A suitable guarantee will be required to cover the cost of providing said system in the amount as determined by the Public Worjcs Department. S24 That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that a public sewer syseem will be made available for the plat and individual service will be provided to each lot prior to sale. S25 Prior to filing of the final plat, the sponsor shall present evidence that the plat lies within the recorded service area of the proposed water dis trict .
