Outside Agencies
Funding Requests
As part of the City of Spokane
Valley's 2017 budget process, the
City seeks requests from outside
agencies interested in obtaining
funding assistance from the City
of Spokane Valley. Funding
proposals will need to include
basic information about the
organization, a brief statement of
the organization's purpose and
background, a description of the
project or activity for which
funding is requested, and how the
funds will be used during 2017.
To be considered for funding,
proposals, including any
additional presentation materials,
must be submitted to the City's
Finance Department by 4:00 p.m.,
Friday. Aunust 12, 2016. No
materials will be accented after
the deadline. Each outside
agency will be allotted 3-5
minutes to present their proposal
at the Sept 20, 2016 City Council
Meeting. The Council meeting
begins at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall,
11707 E. Sprague Avenue,
Spokane Valley, Washington.
Should you wish to participate,
please follow the instruction sheet
found on the City's website at
www.sookanevallev.org. You must
send 12 copies of your proposal
materials by the August 12th
deadline. Send all proposal

a newspaper established and regularly published, once each day in the English
language, in and of general circulation in the City of Spokane County, Washington;
and in the City of Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai County, Idaho; that said newspaper
has been so established and regularly published and has had said general
circulation continuously for more than six (6) months prior to the 23rd day of
July, 1941; that said newspaper is printed in an office maintained at its
place of publication in the City of Spokane, Washington; that said newspaper
was approved and designated as a legal newspaper by order of the Superior
Court of the State of Washington for Spokane County on the 23rd day of July,
