Locust Rd. Currently the zoning of the property is Community Commercial (C). Pursuant to chapter19.20.060(A)(5) of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC); existing legally established single-family residential uses located in any nonresidential zoning district shall not be deemed nonconforming and shall be permitted as a legal use. A search of the City's file for this address indicates that a building permit for a residence was issued in 1959, making this a legally established dwelling and as such, a legal use.
