That aporoprfate provisions have been made for sewage cisposal, water supply,
storm water control, circulation, fire protection, and other necessary public facilities

(S-10) That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record
and/or attached sheets as noted.

than one dwzlling structure be placed on any one lot, nor shall any Iot
be further subdivided for the purposes of crea[ing addirional lots or
building sites without filing a replat.

WARNIIVG: Spokane Caunty has no responsibility to build, fmprove,
maintain, or otherwise service the private roads contained within or
providfng seroice to the property described in this plat. By accepting
this plat or subsequently by allov+ring a building permit to be issued
on pcaoerty on a private road, Spokane County assumes no obligation for
said private road and the owners hereby acknowledge that the County has
no obligation of any kind or nature whatsoever to establish, examine,
survey, construct, alter, repair, improve, maintain, provide d.rainage or
snow cemoval on a private road. This requirement is and shall cun
with the land and shall be binding upon the owner, their heirs, successors
or assigns including the obligarion to particiAake in the maintenance of
the priva te road a s provid ed herein.
S2 That each lot be authorized for the use of individual on-site sew3ge
disposal systems,
S22 The dedicatory languaqe of the plat will state the sponsor wfll 3ssume
no responsibility for provision of domestic water,

public sew2r systean. Approval of the design of said systems must be
given by County and State Health authorities and the County tJtilities
D-zpartment prior to filing of the final plat. A suitable guarantee wi.ll
be required to cover the cost of providing said systsm in the amount as
